Who handles your information

TapTapFeedback, based in Texas, operates this store. This policy covers purchases, setup, support, and Review Shield data.

Website feedback

The Give us feedback form collects your message, selected topic, page, and submission time. Your name and email are optional. Leave an email if you would like a reply.

Submissions are saved in a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. TapTapFeedback uses them to answer questions and improve the website and products. They are not published or added to a marketing list.

Information you provide

Stripe collects payment information, contact details, your business name, and shipping details for card orders. TapTapFeedback receives order references, payment status, contact details, and shipping information.

TapTapFeedback does not receive your full card number. Your setup form collects your business name and Google review link.

Review Shield stores business details, private feedback ratings, notes, selected topics, and Google click-through records. Support emails contain your email address and anything you choose to send.

How information is used

Information is used to process payments, program cards, ship orders, and provide support. Review Shield uses feedback and click records to provide your dashboard.

Order and subscription records support billing, refunds, and recordkeeping. Technical request information supports security, troubleshooting, and service operation.

Services that process information

• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
• Vercel hosts the websites and handles technical request data.
• Supabase stores order and Review Shield data and manages dashboard sign-in.
• Resend delivers purchase and service emails.
• Google Forms receives the setup details you submit.
• Google Fonts supplies the checkout page’s fonts and receives font requests.

Information is shared with these services as needed to operate the products. Delivery carriers receive shipping details needed to deliver your cards.

Google handles reviews after you follow your business’s Google review link. Its own terms and privacy policy apply there.

Cookies, storage, and activity data

This storefront has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. It saves your wheel result in your browser’s local storage.

Review Shield uses sign-in cookies for the dashboard. It records Google review click-throughs for business statistics.

Request IP addresses are used temporarily for rate limiting in Review Shield. Stripe and other linked services may use their own cookies.

How long information is kept

Order and billing records are kept for fulfillment, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. Feedback and account data are kept while needed to provide the service.

Support messages are kept as needed to resolve requests and maintain service records. Records are not automatically erased when a subscription ends.

No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. You can request deletion by email.

Your choices

TapTapFeedback does not sell your personal information. You can request access, corrections, or deletion.

Email support@taptapfeedback.app with your request. Your identity may need verification before records can be shared or deleted.

Some payment and legal records may need to be retained. TapTapFeedback will explain any limits when responding.

Children

These products are for business owners, not children. TapTapFeedback does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

If a child’s information was submitted, contact support@taptapfeedback.app to request deletion.
